Job Description : As a Designer you will be required to

– Follow Design Thinking Principles
– Follow “Design leads, Engineering follows” approach
– Have strong bias towards international markets and design language
– Search, Research and Identify products and categories to improvise
– Have Problem Solving, Simplify, User Driven Approach towards product and design
– Use Creative, Innovative, Functional and Aesthetically Appealing product building process
– Work with internal and external teams to resolve design, engineering and manufacturing issues
– Build IP and Patentable Products Ideal candidate should:
– Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree or higher national diploma in industrial design or product design
– 3-5 years of relevant work experience with strong work portfolio
– Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CAD, SolidWorks, Keyshot, etc
– Have technical knowledge and understanding of CMF and Manufacturing processes
– Have a good eye for detail, shape and colour
– Be methodical, with ability to work with little or no direction
– Have the ability to cope with pressure of deadlines
– Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

– ₹800K – ₹1000K
– No Equity
