Job Description : As a Designer you will be required to - Follow Design Thinking Principles - Follow “Design leads, Engineering follows” approach - Have strong bias towards international markets and design language - Search, Research and Identify products and categories to improvise - Have Problem Solving, Simplify, User Driven Approach towards product and design - Use Creative, Innovative, Functional and Aesthetically Appealing product building process - Work with internal and external teams to resolve design, engineering and manufacturing issues - Build IP and Patentable Products Ideal candidate should: - Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree or higher national diploma in industrial design or product design - 3-5 years of relevant work experience with strong work portfolio - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CAD, SolidWorks, Keyshot, etc - Have technical knowledge and understanding of CMF and Manufacturing processes - Have a good eye for detail, shape and colour - Be methodical, with ability to work with little or no direction - Have the ability to cope with pressure of deadlines - Good communication and interpersonal skills Salary - ₹800K – ₹1000K - No Equity Interested candidates can share their resumes career@thetristargroups.com
